ترانه ي "كندي اِند اِ كِورِنت بان" از اولين آهنگ هاي تك گروه پينك فلويد بود، كه در سال 1967 توسط اين گروه انگليسي اجراشد و درماه آوريل همان سال نيز در آمريكا روانه بازار شد. البته درهنگام ضبط اين اثر با فشارهاي كمپاني ضبط كننده، "سيد بَرِت" متن اين كار را بازنويسي كرد!(احتمالا به خاطر جلوگيري از اعتراضات مردمي به موادمخدر)
