بي گمان "ليدي اين رِد" معروف ترين آهنگ كريس دي برگ است، اين آهنگ كه در سال 1986 منتشرگشت درليست پُرفروش ترين هاي آن سال قرارگرفت و بعداز گذشت چندين سال همچنان بسياري آن را جزء محبوب ترين آهنگ هايشان مي دانند! اين ترانه كه در آلبوم "اينتو دِ لايت" روانه بازار شد، نقش بزرگي در موفقيت كريس داشت، به طوري كه در كشورهاي انگليس، ايرلند و نروژ رتبه يك و در كشور آمريكا رتبه سوم را به دست آورد.

كريس دي برگ مي گويد نخستين ملاقات او با همسرش "ديان" الهام بخش ترانه عاشقانه "ليدي اين رِد" بود، گفتنيست كه وي 14فوريه (روز وَلِنتاين) را براي انتشار اين آهنگ انتخاب نمود!

این ترانه اینقدر قدیمیه که گمونم برای تاریخچه اون باید برگردیم به منبعی مثل ویکی پدیا . ترانه ای که در سال 1913 نوشته شده و این اجرای سال 1970 از اونه . یه ترانه فولک . بسیار لطیف و زیبا که کمتر سلیقه ای ممکنه این ترانه رو نپسنده . اجرائی از سیمون و گارفانکل که بارها برنده گرمی بودن و در تالار افتخارات راک اند رول هم قرار گرفته اند .

گری مور درچهارم اپریل سال 1952 در بلفاست ( ایرلند شمالی ) به دنیا اومد و امروز صبح (6 فوریه 2011 ) در هتلی در اسپانیا در سن 58 سالگی از دنیا رفت . گری مور یکی از اسطوره های عصر حاظر در سبک بلوز بود و آثار به یاد ماندنی و ماندگاری رو در عرصه موسیقی از خودش باقی گذاشت . اینجا یکی از کار های اون رو که برای خودم خیلی خاطره انگیزه میزارم ( اجرای زنده از ترانه استیل گات د بلوز ) . یادش گرامی . این هم متن ترانه :
