Surfin' - The Beach Boys

گروه پاپ آمریکایی The Beach Boys در سال 1961 ترانه‌ای با عنوان «Surfin'» منتشر کرد که به سبب هارمونی‌های نوآورانه و اجرای ملودی بسیار پیچیده، به شهرت رسید. این ترانه که به‌دست برایان ویلسون و مایک لاو نوشته‌شد، بسیار کوتاه (حدود دو دقیقه) بود اما همین ترانه‌ی دو دقیقه‌ای، این گروه را در ژانر Surf Rock قرار داد! از معروف‌ترین گروه‌هایی که در همین سبک فعالیت می‌کردند می‌توان به The Astronauts اشاره کرد که معاصر The Beach Boys بود و این تقارن زمانی، تاثیر موسیقایی متقابلی روی هر دو گروه به جا گذاشت و ترانه‌ی Surfin' شروع قدرت‌مند این تقارن بود. از این‌جا بشنوید.

Bonnie Raitt - Runaway

سال 1977 ترانه‌ای به نام Runaway از آلبوم Sweet Forgiveness منتشر شد که شهرت Bonnie Raitt را افزون‌تر از پیش کرد. این ترانه‌ی پر فروش که توسط Max Crook و Del Shannon نوشته شده، در جدول موسیقی آمریکا (Billboard Hot 100) رتبه‌ی 57 را از آن خود کرد و به سرعت به گوش بسیاری از طرف‌داران موسیقی تلفیقی راک و بلوز رسید. Bonnie Lynn Raitt از ترانه‌نویسان و خوانندگان مشهور دهه‌ی 70 موسیقی راک است که در کالیفرنیا به دنیا آمده و تا کنون که 61 سال دارد، به فعالیت موسیقی خود ادامه داده‌است.

Chris de Burgh _ The Words I Love You

يكي از زيباترين و بانشاط ترين كارهاي كريس دي برگ آهنگ "دِ وُردز آي لاو يو" از آلبوم "دِ روُد تو فرييدِم" است. "اين آهنگ دلنشين تركيبي ست از حرف هاي جدي و مِلودي ساده و جذاب! شايد همين سادگي به نگهداشتن نكات مهم تر آهنگ در ذهن و قلب شنونده بيانجامد، چيزي كه وجودش براي موضوع اصلي اين آهنگ يعني "عشق" ضروري به نظرمي رسد. همانطوركه از اسم آهنگ نيز پيداست موضوع اصلي اين آهنگ، "عشق" و بيان نمودن آن است." شايد اين ترانه براي ايراني ها به خاطر اجراي آن توسط كريس با گروه ايراني "آرين" به نوعي متفاوت باشد.

آهنگ نبرد نیواورلئان توسط جیمی دریفتوود ساخته و توسط جانی هورتون در سال 1958 اجرا شد. تم آهنگ بر اساس یه آهنگ قدیمی به اسم "هشتم ژانویه" ؛ روز نبرد نیواورلئان؛ و در حقیقت برای علاقمند کردن دانشجویان به تاریخ توسط جیمی؛ که سرمعلمی در ارکانزانس بود؛ ساخته شد. این کار موفقیت آمیز بود؛ به طوری که در اوخر دهه پنجاه برای ساخت آهنگ دعوت شد و این آهنگ از جمله آهنگهای موفق او شد. این آهنگ در مناسبتهای ورزشی در آمریکای شمالی و بخصوص در حین مسابقات ان اچ ال کلگری فلیم(این قسمت کاملاً غیر عمدی بود؛ من طرفدار اویلرز هستم) نواخته میشه. این آهنگ در دهه 60 در آمریکا؛ استرالیا؛ و کانادا رتبه اول آهنگ تک رو به دست آورد. این لینک یوتیوب؛ این لینک موسیقی؛ و این هم متن آهنگ:

جو کوکر متولد 1944 خواننده موزیسین و بازیگر انگلیسی در موسیقی با سبک راک اند بلوز شناخته میشه . و البته با مجموعه کاورهاش از آهنگهای مشهور . جوایز بسیار زیادی رو گرفته که مهمترینش گرمی در سال 1983 هست . و البته در لیست صد خواننده برتر توسط رولینگ استونز نیز قرار داره . در سال 1969 در وود استاک بسیار خوش درخشید . ( کی در اون سال فوق العاده نبود ؟) در سال 1969 این ترانه که سال 1967 توسط بیتلها نوشته و اجرا شده بود توسط جو کوکر در آلبومی به همین نام ارائه شد . اگه اشتباه نکنم توی یکی از اجراهای زنده همون سالها جان لنون هم با خیلیهای دیگه به عنوان بکینگ وکال حظور داشت . و البته این کار رو نمیتونید با کارهای بیتلها مقایسه کنید . بعد از شنیدن این ترانه و دیدن اجرای زنده به خودتون جواب بدید که آیا جو کوکر زمان اجرا مواد مصرف کرده بود یا شما بعد از شنیدن این کار شبیه مواد مصرف کرده ها شدید؟

گروه موسیقی تلکس یک گروه دیسکو بلژیکی هستند که در سال 1978 تشکیل شد. ریتم و تمهای کار این گروه بعدها در گروه دپچ مود نمایان شد . قطعه مسکو دیسکو یک از کارهای معروف اونهاست که در سال 1979 ارائه شد . خالی از لطف نیست که یک قطعه دیسکو الکترونیک مربوط به سالهای دور رو بشنویم تا با فضای دیسکو در اون سالها آشنا بشیم .
